Walk The Lake and other Places
Training Program


Walk the Lake training program. Sponsored by The Landrunners and a project of the "OKC Landrunners' Past Presidents." This program is designed to assist walkers and beginning runners to achieve their goal of completing a 5k, Relay, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon.
